  • Can you ship to my state?

    • Shipping is a flat fee of $9.95 for your entire nursery order. If you order merchandise, a separate shipping fee will be charged. Nursery orders over $60 ship free.
    • Shipping dates vary according to the zone the tree is shipped to and the current weather.
    • Many states have restrictions on what kind of trees are imported into the state. The states that a tree is restricted from is listed in the description of the tree to the right of the picture.
    • Due to state Department of Agriculture restrictions, we are unable to ship trees from our Tree Nursery to AK, AZ, or HI. In some cases, you may still be able to receive our membership packages.
    • In addition, due to lengthy shipping times, we are unable to ship trees outside of the continental United States, the trees would not survive.

  • How secure is my order?

    We use the latest encryption technology to protect your private information. The information you provide - including your credit card - is transmitted securely to our server. We'll save your credit card if you want us to (to speed up your future orders.) If you don't want us to save it, simply use our express checkout.

  • Do you guarantee your trees?

    When you order trees from The Arbor Day Foundation, your order is guaranteed to arrive in a good, healthy condition or we’ll replace them at no charge. Your trees will be shipped at a suitable time for planting. Each tree and plant is guaranteed to grow, or we’ll replace it within one year of shipment.
