  • How can I change my Arbor Day Foundation Coffee Club subscription frequency and/or products?

    You can change the products you receive and the frequency at which you receive them by indicating your selection on the back of your most recent statement and mailing it back to us. You may also make changes to your subscription by calling our Member Services department toll free at 888-448-7337, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST.

  • I'm going on vacation. Can I put my Arbor Day Foundation Coffee Club order on hold?

    Yes. On the back of your coffee statement, you can indicate that you would like to place your coffee subscription on hold. You may also place your coffee on hold by calling our Member Services department toll free at 888-448-7337, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST.

  • I have too much coffee. What should I do?

    We can hold your shipments until you are ready to receive more coffee by using the hold section on back of your statement. You can also hold your next coffee shipment by calling Member Services toll free at 888-448-7337, Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm, CST.

  • How do I cancel my Coffee Club Subscription?

    We’re sorry to see you go! Please remember that we can hold your coffee shipments until you are ready to receive your next order. However, you can cancel your coffee shipments at any time by writing a note that you wish to cancel on your coffee statement and mailing it back to us at:
